This coffee farm owns a great deal of the coffee supply chain, being able to mill their coffee washed, natural, honey etc. Furthermore, the farm also has a drying house to be able to send its coffee mostly dry to the dry mill in Matagalpa. In addition, owners sell their green coffee directly to US roasters, coffee shops among other coffee entrepreneurs.
This farm's coffee has plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, cherry like acidity with hints of citrus and caramel among other cupping notes.

MATAGALPA
Matagalpa is one of the most mountainous departments in Nicaragua and represents the beginning of the Northern region of the country.
