Coffee farm very close to Matagalpa City, only 14 miles / 22 kms away with 3 different access roads in good conditions. Two of these access roads are in excellent conditions and drives you through the best coffee neighborhood including Hotel Selva Negra.
This is a very fertile area – excellence is the word that comes to my mind when I think about this area. The farm has the right altitudes to grow specialized coffees / strictly high ground coffees (SHG Coffees). This area is of high capital gains since its is in between Matagalpa and Jinotega with multiple access roads.
If you are a coffee lover and you want to trace the origin of your coffee, if you want to impress your customers with your first-class coffee plantations and impressive views of Matagalpa, if you want to develop your own Ecolodge close to one of the most renown ecolodges in Matagalpa, don’t wait any longer, this coffee farm is for you.
This is a one in a million opportunity, since there aren’t many coffee farms being sold in this area. Many coffee farm owners have decided not to sell due to the increase in coffee bean prices and second because of the altitudes. Farms with very high altitudes and close to a main city are usually more expensive, one because altitude means better coffee, bigger coffee bean (specialized /SHG coffees), better paid for your coffee, and two because its very easy to take out your harvest to the nearest Sun Dry Mill.
When talking about coffee farms with high altitudes I make this comparison: “Coffee Farms with high altitudes are very similar to beach front properties, there are very few available and pretty soon it’ll be very difficult to acquire one”. Invest in the future now, fifty years from now you’ll have to pay for a coffee farm at least 40 times more. Farmland is becoming scarce but the right elevations for a commodity everyone drinks is getting even more scarce.
Farm in the Matagalpa – Jinotega heights, excellent fertile lands for agriculture – Best Nicaraguan Coffees are grown in this area. By tradition this area is excellent for specialty coffees, but not only coffee these fertile soils are also perfect for growing vegetables, flowers, strawberries among many other products. This coffee farm is surrounded by the best coffee farms in Nicaragua.
The elevations in this farm are between 3,609 – 4,757 FASL (1,100 – 1,450 MASL), with an average temperature between 62.6 -71.6 F (17 – 22 C) all year round.
The coffee farm location / area has American Mountain Lions (very similar to a puma), wildcats, pumas, howler and white face monkey, and all sort of bird species. Also, this coffee farm has precious woods such as oak, cedar, trumpet wood, and walnut.
